The Swingin' Medallions

The Swingin' Medallions are an American beach music and frat rock band formed in 1962 in Greenwood, South Carolina. The band members originally came together while attending Clemson University and started playing music together as a way to earn some extra money.

The Swingin' Medallions became popular in the 1960s with their hit single "Double Shot (of My Baby's Love)", which reached number 17 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1966. The song has since become a staple of beach music and is often played at parties and events.

In addition to "Double Shot", The Swingin' Medallions have released other popular songs over the years, including "She Drives Me Out of My Mind", "Hey, Hey Baby", and "I Want to Be Your Guy". They have also released numerous albums and continue to tour and perform live shows today.

The Swingin' Medallions are known for their energetic live performances and their fun, danceable music. They have become a beloved part of the beach music and frat rock genres, and their music continues to be enjoyed by fans around the world.
